The CAP is the lowest effort and highest impact way to improve the consistency of your muzzle velocity and group size is to condition the humidity of your smokeless powder.
The CAP makes this easier than ever by maximizing airflow from humidity packs to your powder while it's being stored and maintaining an air-tight seal.
Throwing a humidity pack into a jug of powder can make matters worse. Our experiments show that the kernels of powder in direct contact will absorb more moisture than those that don't. If the humidity pack ends up on the bottom of the jug buried in powder, humidity won't easily be able to reach the powder on top that you'll be using next.
Humid air is more dense. By keeping the humidity pack at the top of the jug with plenty of airflow, your powder will absorb moisture more evenly, leading to more consistent ignition and velocities.
